RESOLUTION NO. 647
WHEREAS, hr. R. Li. Davidson, has tendered to this
Body his resignation as City Engineer of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, stating that he has other employment under
such circumstances that he has reason to believe it is to
his interest to accept the same, although he regrets leav-
ing the services of the City where he has been so long em-
ployed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the resignation of K. M. Davidson,
as City Engineer of this City be and the same is hereby
accepted.
Section 2. That this City Council desires to express
its highest appreciation of the excellent engineering ser-
vices rendered by Mr. Davidson during the several years of
his services for the City, during which time numerous pub-
lic improvements were made under his supervision, and of
the pleasant and cooperative spirit with which he has work-
ed with this Council, and the citizens of and visitors to
our City.
Section 3. That a certified copy hereof be transmitt-
ed by the City Clerk to Mr. Davidson.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of June, A. D. , 1924.
