RESOLUTION NO. 657
DISTRICT SR-30. SEWER IIvIPROV.ELIENT SR-30.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE; CITY OF P
LaAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: i
That the construction of the following described
improvement is hereby ordered to be made ; the City
Council hereby setting forth its intention to proceed
under Section 29 of the City Charter.
3R-30. An eight inch (8") terra cotta Sanitary Sewer
and necessary manholes and appurtenances :
In Pennsylvania Avenue from the center line
of Tenth Street to a point four hundred feet
(4001 ) south of the center line of Tenth
Streets, with House Connections on the East
side of the Avenue.
As said Pennsylvania Avenue is shown and desig-
nated in Ordinance ; 170, recorded in Deed Book
297 , Page 242, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, and as said Tenth Street is
shown on a plat recorded in Plat Book 2, at
Page 81, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
The City ',Tanager is hereby directed to prepare and to
file with the City Clerk plant and specifications of said
improvement, and an estimate of the cost thereof, includ- ,_`
ing an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary
and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of % 4
the work, the preparation of plens and specifications and
estimate , the printing and publication of notices and pro-
ceedings, the preparation of bonds and any other expenses
necessary and proper. This improvement shall be desig-
nated in all proceedings , assessments and bonds as Sanitary
Sewer Improvement SR-30, and the property against which
assessments may be made for the cost thereof hereunder
shall be designated as SR-30.
