RESOLUTION NO.
DISTRICT SR--30 SEWER IMPRO E NT SR-30
JH;REAS, on the 6th day of August, 1924, the City
Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering the
improvement deeignfted as newer l provement 6A-30, District
SR-30, and directed the City Manager to prepare and file
plans and specifications of such improvment and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the incidental
expenses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate =,.
of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed
by the City Manager with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted
at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach,
Hardie' s Casino and the U.S. Post Office in the City of
Miami Beach, a notice stating that at a meeting of the City
Council of Miami Beach, to be held in the City Hall in
the City of Miami Beach on the 20th day of August, 1924,
at 9:00 o'clock As M. the City Council will hear the
remonstrances of all persons interested to the confirmation
of said resolution ordering said improvement.
AND ADOPTED THIS 8th day of August, A.D. 1924
