RESOLUTION 661

DIST:'•.ICT SR--31 SEVER IMPROV t<*NT SR-31
IHEREAS, on the 13th day of August, 1924, the City
Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering the
improvement designated as Sewer Improvement SR-31, District
SR-31, and directed the City Manager to prepare and file
plans and specifications of such improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the incidental
expenses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate
of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been filbd
by the city Manager with the City Clerk.
TN 1REFORE, BE iT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Miami .eadh, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted
at the door of the City Hall in the city of Miami Beach,
Hardie' s Casino and the U. a• Post Office in the City of
Miami Beach, a notice stating that at a i_ceeting of the City
Council of Miami Beach, to be held in the City Sall in
the City of Miami Beach on the 20th day of August, 1924,
at 9:00 o' clock A' M. the City Council will hear the
remonstrances of all persons interested to the confirmation
' of said resolution ordering said improvement.
