`UREAS, the City Council, fiy resolution, passed
and adopted on the 6th day of August, 1924, ordered the
ae_wer- improvement SR-29, .uistrict oR-29, and the uity
Manager, under direction of the City Council, has prepared
and filed with the City clerk plans and specifications
of such improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof,
including an estimate of the cost of the incidental
expenses of said improvement, and whereas the City
.:auditor has reported in writing to the city council
that funds are in the treasury applicable to and sufficient
for the payment of the City' s share of the cost of said
improvement, and whereas due notice by publication as
required by the City Charter has been made that the
City council would on the 20th of August, 1924, at the
City fall in said City, at 9:00 o' clock A. M. receive and
hear resmonstrances of all interested persons to the
confirmation of said resolution ordering said improve-
ment, and no remonstrances having been presented at the
time and place aforesaid.
THEREFORE, BE IT :SOLVED by the City council of
the City of Miami .Beach, Lelorida, that the said resolution
of said pity council ordering said newer Improvement 6R-29,
idstrict aR-29, be and the same is hereby confirmed.
