ESOLUTION NO. 666.
DISTRICT SR-30 SEWER D P. ROV NT SR-30
NI REAS, the City Council, by resolution, passed
and adopted on the 6th day of august, 1924, ordered the
sewer improvement aR-30, LIistrit 6R-30, and the uity
Tanager, under direction of the City Council, has prepared
and filed with the City Clerk plans and specifications
of such improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof,
including an estimate if the cost of the incidental
expenses of said improvement, and whereas the uity
::auditor has reported in writing to the City Council
that funds are in the treasury applicable to andsufficient
for the payment of the City' s share of the cost of said
improvement, and. ;-whereas due notice by publication as
required by the city charter has been made that the
City Council would on the 20th day of august, 1924, at the
City ha11, in said City, at 9:00 o' clock . I. receive and
hear remonstrances of all interested persons to the
confirmation of said resolution ordering said improve-
ment, and no remonstances having been presented at the
time and place aforesaid.
HERE FORE, E IT R;SOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Beach, rlorida, that the said resolution
of said .,ity council ordering said Sewer improvement
District aR-30, be and the same is hereby confirmed.
