RESOLUTION NO. 668
DISTRICT SR-32 SEWER I J1,CROVEM NT SR-32
WEE EAS, the City Council, by resolution, passed and adopted
on the 20th day of August, 1924, ordered the Sewer Improvement
SR-32, District sR-32, and the City Manager, under direction of
the City Council, has prepared and filed with the City Clerk
plans and specifications of such improvement and an estimate of
the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the inci-
dental expenses of said improvement, and whereas, the City Audi-
tor has reported in writing to the City Council that funds are
in the treasury applicable to and sufficient for the payment of
the City' s share of the cost of said improvement, and whereas due
notice by publication as required by the City Charter has been
made that the City Council would on the 3rd day of September,
1924, at the City Rall, in said City, at 9:00 o' clock A. M. , re-
ceive and hear remonstrances of all interested persons to the
confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement, and
no remonstrances having been presented at the time and place
aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami .beach, . 'lorida, that the said resolution of said City
Council ordering said hewer Impiv vement SR-32, District SR-32,
be and the same is hereby confirmed.
. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of September, A. D. , 1924.
