RESOLUTION NO. 672
. E IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
6ection 1: That the 'ity Ulerk is hereby directed
to publish in the Miami Laily News and metropolis, a
notice calling for bids for 0177,000.00 13ublic Improve-
ment Donds authorized by nesolation iso. 670, bids to be

received until 9 :00 o' clock A. M. , November 5th, 1924,
promising delivery of said bonds at the place of purchas-
er' s choice on or about iovember 15th, 1924, accompanied
by the approvin.- opinion of uhester B. Masslich, Esq. ,
New York city, and requiring as a good faith deposit a
certified check of 0,540.00, at which hour and day a
meeting of the city council shall be held to consider
bids received.
aection 2: That said notice, or an abbreviated
form thereof, mai, also be published in the aily Bond
Buyer, Blew York city, and elsewhere as the Uity Clerk may
deem expedient.
