RESOLUTION NO. 673
DISTRICT SK-12 S IDE u'dALK IMPRO VEL7NT SK-12
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described im-
provement :, is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council
hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section
29 of the City Charter :
A Five Foot Concrete Sidewalk on the east side of
Collins Avenue, from Thirty-fourth Street to the north
line of Block 4u of Ocean Front Property of the Miami
Beach Improvement Company, as said Collins Avenue is
shown on a plat recorded in Plat Book 5 at Pages 7 and
8, and as said Thirty-fourth Street is named and
designated in ordinance 7170, recorded in Deed Book
297 at .cage 242, Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Manager is hereby directed to prepare and to
file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said
improvements and an estimate of the cost thereof, including
an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and
other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the
work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimate,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the
preparation of bonds and any other expenses necessary and
proper. This improvement shall be designated in all pro-
ceedings, assessments and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-
12, and the property against which assessments may be made
for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated as Dis-
trict SK-12.
Passed and adopted this 1st day of October, A.D. 1924.
