RESOLUTION NO. 674
Listrict 6K-12 Sidewalk Improvement 6Z-12
WHEREAS, on the 1st day of October, 1924, the city uouncil
passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement desig-
nated as 6idewalk Improvement 6X-12, District 52K-12, and directed
the City Manager to prepare and file plans and specifications
of such improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, includ-
ing an estimate of the incidental expenses, and the said plans
and specifications and estimate of cost and estimate of inciden-
tal expenses have been filed by the uity Manager with the City
Clerk.
THEREFORE, bE IT LESOLVED by the city uouncil of idiami beach,
. 1orida, that the uity ulerk shall cause to be posted at the door
of the uity .a11 in the city of Miami beach, fardie ' s Casino and
the u. S. rost Office in the uity of Miami beach, a notice stating
that at a meeting of the uity uouncil of Miami beach to be 'geld
at the city Hall in the City of Miami beach, on the 8th day of
October, 1924, at 9:00 o ' clock A. M. , the City uouncil will hear
the remnnstrances of all persons interested to the confirmation
of said resolution ordering said improvement.
