RESOLUTION N0. 675
DISTRICT H-54. HIGHWAY IPriPROVEIJNT H-54.
BE IT RESOLVED BY TNF, CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improve-
ment is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby
setting forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of
the City Charter :
LIBERTY Avenue : To be paved to a width of thirty-
four (34) feet with a penetration macadam pavement
and concrete curb and gutter, from the north property
line of Twenty-Second Street to a point two hundred
ten (210) feet north from north property line of
Twenty-third Street, as said Liberty Avenue, Twenty-
second, and Twenty-third Streets are shown on a
plat recorded in Plat Book 5, at Page 7, and as
said Liberty Avenue is shown on a plat recorded in
Plat Book 11 at Page 28, and as said Liberty Avenue,
Twenty-second and Twenty-third Streets are named
and designated in Ordinance ; 170, recorded in Deed
Book 297, at Page 242, Public records of Dade County,
Florida.
The City Manager is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improve-
ment, and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti-3
mate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other
surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of plans and specifications and estimate, the print-
ing and publication of notices and proceedings, the prepara-
tion of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, as-
sessments and bonds as dighway Improvement H-54, and the
property against which assessments may be made for the cost
thereof hereunder shall be designated as District H-54.
