.liistrict aK-12 sidewalk Improvement aK-12
WH REAS, the uity uouncil, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 1st day of October, 19::;4, ordered the Side-
walk Improvement sK-12, District sK-12, and the uity Mana-
ger, under direction of the amity Liouncil, has prepared and
filed with the uity kdler, plans and specifications of such
improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including
an estimate of the cost of the incidental espenses of said
improvement, and whereas due notice by publication as required
by the uity Charter has been made that the uity Council would
on the ath day of October, 1924, at the city Hall in said uity,
at 9:00 o ' clock A. LI. , receive and hear remonstrances of all
interested persons to the confirmation of said resolution
ordering said improvement, and all remonstrances received hav-
ing been heard and considered by the uity Council at the time
and place aforesaid,
u. ER FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the uity Council of the
uity of Miami beach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said city Council ordering saidSd.ewalk improvement s: -12,
District SK-12, be and the same is hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of October, A. D. , 1924.
