ttESOLUTION NO. 678
District H-54 Highway Improvement H-54
WHEREAS, the uity Council, by resolution passed and adopted
on the 1st day of cctober,, 1924, ordered the highway Improvement
H-54, District A-54, and the uity Manager, under direction of
the uity Council, has prepared and filed with the uity Clerk,
plans and specifications of such improvement and an estimate of
the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the in-
cidental expenses of said improvement, and whereas due notice by fiy
publication as required by the city charter has been made that
the uity Uouneil would on the 8th day of October, 1924, at the
city Hall in said city, at 9 :00 o' clock . H. , receive and hear
remonstrances of all interested persons to the confirmation of
said resolution ordering said improvement , and all remonstrances
received having been heard and considered by the city vouncil
at the time and place aforesaid,
.j 2REPOBE, BE IT RESOLVD by the city Council of the City
of l-1iami beach, Florida, that the said resolution of said city
Council ordering said highway improvement h-54, District h-54,
be and the same is he-'eby confirmed.
.ASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of October, A. D. , 1924.
