RESOLUTION NO. 679
DISTRICT SR-33 SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-33
BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement
is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting
forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City
Char t er :
SR-33 : An eight inch (8" ) terra cotta Sanitary Sewer and
necessary manholes and appurtenances :
In '`lashington .venue from Fifteenth Street to a
point five hundred feet (500T ) north of the center
line of Fifteenth Street.
As said Washington Avenue is shown and designated
in Ordinance 70.70, recorded in Deed Book 297, Page
242 of the Public :iecords of Dade County, Florida,
and as said Fifteenth Street is shown on a plat
recorded in Plat Book 6 at Page 34 of the Public
. ecords of Dade County, Florida.
The City Manager is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement,
and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of
the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys,
he
inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of
plans and specifications and estimate, the printing and publi-
cation of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds
and any other expenses necessary and proper. This improvement
shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and bonds
as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-33, and the property against
which assessments may be made for the cost thereof hereunder
shall be designated as District 8R-33.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of October, A.D. 1924.
