RESOLUTION NO. 682
District 6K-13 Sidewalk Improvement SK-13
wHEREAS, on the 8th day of uctober, 1924, the city
oomicil passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improve-
ment designated as sidewalk improvement SK-13, District SK-13,
and directed the city Manager to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the incidental expenses,
and the said plans and specifications and estimate of cost and
estimate of incidental expenses have been filed by the uity
Manager with the city clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT ESOLVED by the Oity uouncil of Miami
Beach, li'lorida, that the uity clerk shall cause to be posted
at the door of the uity Mall in the uity of miami beach, lar-
die' s Casino and the U. s. cost office in the uity of Miami
beach, a notice stating that at a meeting of the uity council
of llami .each to be held at the city Hall in the city of
Miami beach, on the 15th day of uctober, 1924, at 9:00 o ' clock
A. j. , the uity uouncil will hear the remonstrances of all
persons interested to the confirmation of said resolution order-
ing said improvement.
