RESOLUTION NO. 683
District sR-33 Sewer improvement sR-33
wT REAS, the city Council, by resolution, passed and
adopted on the 8th day of October, 1924, ordered the sewer
Improvement 6R-33, District SR-33, and the City 'ianager, under
direction of the city council, has prepared and filed with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of such improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of the incidental expenses of said improvement, and whereas the
City auditor has reported in writing to the city Louncil that
funds are in the treasury applicable to and sufficient for the
payment of the city' s share of the cost of said improvemazt,
and whereas due notice by publication as required by the city
Charter has been made that the City Council wouldon the 15th
day of October, 1924, at the city nail in said city, at 9 :00
o ' clock A. i:?. , receive and hear remonstrances of all interested
persons to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said
improvement, and no remonstrances having been presented at the
tine and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT 2,ESOLVED by the City council of the city
of Miami . each, r'lori=a, that the said resolution of said City
Council ordering said sewer improvement aR-33, District oR-33,
be and the same is hereby confirmed.
