ASOLUT ION NO. 687
BE IT . SOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OP TEE CITY OP
MIAni B ACH, 'LO2IDA:
Section 1: That the City clerk is hereby directed
to publish in the Miami Daily news and metropolis, a
notice calling for bids for 0177,000.00 Public improve-
. ment .bonds authorized by rsesolution No. 670, bids to be
received until 9 :30 o' clock A. M. , November 12th, 1924,
promising delivery of said bonds at the place of purchas-
er' s choice on or about November 24th, 1924, accompanied
by the approving opinion of Chester b. Liasslich,
New York City, and requiring as a good faith deposit a
certified check of 03,540.00, at which hour and day a
meeting of the City Council shall be held to consider bids
received.
Section 2: That said notice , or an abbreviated form
thereof, may also be published in the Daily bond .buyer,
New York city, and elsewhere as the City Clerk may deem
expedient.
