BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLO: IDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter :
2-34 : An eight inch (8" ) Concrete Sanitary Sewer
and necessary manholes and appurtenances :
In Michigan Avenue from a point thirty-five
feet (35 ' ) north of the center line of Fifth
Street, to a point fifty feet (50' ) south
of the center line of Seventh Street ;
As said Avenue and Streets are shown on a
plat recorded in Plat Book 12, at Page 81 ,
and as said LTichigan. Avenue is designated
in Ordinance ;x170, recorded in Deed Book
297 , at Page 242, of the Public TZecords of
Dade County, Florida.
The City Bngineer is her :by directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of sat& improve-
ment, and an estimate of the cost th;reof, including an esti-
mate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other sur-
veys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of plans and specifications and estimate, the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the
preparation of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess-
ments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement R-34, and the
property against which assessments may pomade for the cost
thereof hereunder shall be designated as District SR-34.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this twelfth day of November, A. D. 1924.
