RESOLUTION NO. 690
DISITRICT SR-35 , SEUER ILLPROVEI2NT S2-35.
33 IT RESOLVED BY TITS CITY COUNCIL OF TH3 CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting fortn
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter :
i - 5 : An eight inch (8 ' ) concrete Sanitary Sewer
and necessary manholes and appurtenances :
In 2ifteenth Street , from the center line
ofennsylvania Avenue, to a point thirty-
five feet ( 35 ' ) east of the center line of
I.leridian Avenue ;
As said Avenues and Str e ,t are shown on a
plat recorded in Plat Book ,;k6, at Page 69 ,
of the 2ublic Records of :Jade County, Florida.
The City 'ngineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of ,said improve-
ment , and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate
of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys,
the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation
of plans and specifications and estimate, the printing and
publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of
bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper. This im-
provement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improverent SR-35, and the property
against which assessments may be made for the cost thereof
hereunder shall be designated as District 6R-35.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this twelfth day of November, A. D. 1924.
