RESOLUTION NO. 691
DISTRICT SR-36, SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-36.
BE IT SOLVED BY THE CITY COU:.CIL 02 TI-TA CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby sdtting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter :
3R-36 : A ten inch (10") concrete Sanitary Sewer and
necessary manholes and appurtenances :
In Sixteenth Street from the center line of
Alley between Alton Read and ;fest Avenue to
a point twelve feet (12' ) east of the center
Line of Bay Road ;
In Bay Road, from the center line of Sixteenth
Street to a point three hundred thirty-two feet
(332' ) south of the Center line of Sixteenth
Street ;
As said Roads, Avenue, Streets and Alley are
shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book 14, at
Page 125, and in Plat Book 16 , at Pages 5 and
165; of the rublic necords of Lade uounty, P .rida.
The City .engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improve-
ment , and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate
of the cost of the' expenses of preliminary and other surveys,
the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation
of plans and specifications and estimate, the printing and pub-
lication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds
and any other expenses neces nary and proper. This improve-
ment shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-36, and the property
against which assessments may be made for the cost thereof
hereunder shall be designated as District 8R-36.
