RESOLUTION NO. 693

wHuREAS, on the 12th day of november, 1924, the City
Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improve-
ment designated es sewer improvement 6R-35, District aR-35,
and directed the City nginec:r to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the cost
thereof, including an estimate of the incidental expenses, and
the said plans and specifications and estimate of cost ald es-
timate of incidental expenses have been filed by the uity magi-
neer with the City clerk.
THEREFORE, bE IT RESOLVED by the uity Council of Miami
Beach, florid., that the uity Clerk shall cause to be posted at
the door of the City gall in the uity of Miami beach, nardie` s
Casino and the u. a. Post Office in the uity of aiami .beach,
a notice stating that at a meeting of the city uouncil of Miami
Beach to be held at the City . all in the City of Miami beach,
on the 19th day of november, 1324, at 9:00 o ' clock A. Ll. , the
City Council will hear the remonstrances of all persons inter-
ested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said
improvement.
