BE IT RESOLVED BY TkiE CITY COUNCIL CF Tris: CITY OF zlim BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following. described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter :
3R-37 : An eight inch (8" ) Concrete Sanitary Sewer
and necees .-ry manholes and appurtenances :
In Alley between Lincoln Road and ,even-
teenth Street , from the center line of
Iachiiran Avenue to a point two hundred
sixty (260) feet east of the center line
of said I;=ichigan Avenue ; -�
As said Avenue, Road, Street and Alley are
shown on plats recorded in Plat Book ,*6, at
Pages 5 andi.9 , of the Public Records of
Daae County, Florida.
The City ',,ngineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with. the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improve-
ment, and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other sur-
veys , the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of plans and specifications and estimate, the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings , the prep-
aration of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, as-
sessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement Sr-37 , and
the iroperty against which assessments may be made for the cost
thereof hereunder shall be designated as District SR-37.
