RESOLUTION NO. 700
District SR-37 Sanitary sewer improvement SR-37
VVI {'AS, on the 3rd day of December, 1924, the uity
council passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improve-
ment designated as sewer Improvement SR-37, District sR-37,
and directed the city yngineer to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the incidental expenses
and the said plans and specifications and estimate of cost
and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed by the
city engineer with the uity ulerk.
HERE2ORE, nE IT RESOLVED by the city uouncil of Miami
beach, ,r•lorida, that the vitt ulerk shall cause to be posted
at the door of the city ..all in the uity of Miami beach, Aar-
die' s Uasino and the u. a. cost Office in the vity of Miami
beach, a notice stating that at a meeting of the uity uouncil
of Miami .each to be held at the uity gall in the uity of
Miami . each, on the 10th day of December, 1924, at 9:00 o 'clock
A. ISI. , the uity uouncil will hear the remonstrances of all per-
sons interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement.
