RESOLUTION i 0. 702
District SR-37 sewer Improvement 6R-37
wHEREAS, the uity council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 3rd day of December , 1924, ordered the sewer
improvement 6R-37, .uistrict SR-37 , and the vity ,Engineer,
under direction of the uity council, has prepared and filed
with the city clerk, plans and specifications of such improve-
ment and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mate of the cost of the incidental expenses of said improvement,
and whereas the city Auditor has reported in writing to the
city council that funds are in the treasury applicable to and
sufficient for the payment of the yity s share of the cost of
said improvement, and whereas due notice by publication as
required by the kiity charter has been made that the city
council would on the 10th day of December, 1924, at the City
Rail in said vity, at 9 :00 o4clock receive and hear
remonstrances of all interested persons to the confirmation
of said resolution ordering said improvement, and no remon-
strances having been presented at the time and place afore-
said,
