BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL JF l ci"v CITTY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLO RIDA:
ih.t the construction of the following described improvement is here-
y ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby settiii" forth its
intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter :

SR-3S: A twelve inch (12") Terra Cotta Sanitary
Sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances ;
In Dade Boulevard, from a point ninety-seven
(97 ' ) feet east of the east property line of
,pest Avenue to ..aaton Road;
In Alton 2oad, from Eighteenth Street to
Nineteenth Street ;
All as said Boulevard, Avenue, Road and Streets
are shown on a plat recorded in Plat Book 46,
at Page 115 , of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improve-
ment, and an estimate of the cost the::eof, including an
estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and
other surveys , the inspection and superintendence of the
work, the preparation o plans and specifications and esti-
mate, the printing and publication of notices and proceed- a::
ings , the preparati_,n of bonds and any other expenses neces- 4'.-i
sary and proper This improvement shall be designated in `
all proceeding assessments and bonds as Sanitary Sever EY- u
