DISTRICT SR-39, SE IIIP3OVITT SR-39.
BE IT RESOLVED BY TH3 CITY COU TCIL 02 CITY 07 MIAMI BRACH,
FLORIDA:
That the, tonstruction of the following described improvement is
hereby :ordered t 3 be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed unde=r Section 29 of the City Charter :
SR-�39 :
An eight inch (8" ) Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer
and necessary manholes and appurtenances : •
In Jest Avenue , from the center line of '3ix-
teenth Street to a point ninety fast (90' )
south of the center line of Lincoln Road,
As said Avenue, Stre3t and Road are shown in
Plats recorded in Plat Book 4, at Page 125 ,
and in Plat Book 6, at Pages 116 and 165,
all of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City 3ngineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improve-
ment, and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mnte of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other sur-
veys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of plans and specifications and estimate, the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings , the
preparation of bonds and any other expenses necessary and
proper. This improvement shall be designated in all pro-
ceedings , assessments and bonds as Sanitary 3etiier Improvement
SR-39, and the oro arty at ainst which assessment3 may be made
for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated as 'District
SR-39.
