That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made ; the ,:.aity Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under - section 29 of the city charter .
sR-4O: An eight inch(8 ) Terra ..o tta Sanitary sewer and
necessary manholes and appurtenances:

the center line of Lincoln ;toad,
As said avenue, street and toad are shown on
rlats recoraed in xlat rook -4, at rage 125, and
in rlat Book y6, at Page 116, all of the J'ublic
,tecords of Dade u ounty, rlorida:
The city Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the city clerk plans and specifications of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of
the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the
inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation
of plans and specifications and estimate, the printing and publi-
cation of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds and
any other expenses necessary and proper. This improvement
shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and bonds
as sanitary sewer improvement 0A-4u, and the property against
which assessments may be made for the cost thereof hereunder IR
shall be designated as . istrict sit-4O.
