District SR-41 Sewer Improvement SR-41
BE IT 2a3OLUD BY TEl CITY COUNCIL OF 21-17, CITY OF ,iih a 3]ACH,
FLO LIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement
is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting
forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City
Charter :
3R-41 : ' An eight inch (8" ) Terra Cotta Sanitary Sever
and necessary manholes and appurtenances in :
Alley between Lincoln ,oad and Sixteenth street,'
from a point seventeen feet (17 ' ) west of the
center line of Lenox avenue to the center line
of Jefferson Avenue ,
As said Avenues , oad, Street and Alley are
shown on olat recorded in Plat Look ,r9 at Page
69 of the Public tiecords of Dade County, Florida,

4 The City `engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improve-
111 ment , and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other sur-
veys , the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
40 preparation of plans and specifications and estimate , the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the
41 preparation of bonds and any other expenses necessary and
proper. This improvement shall be designated in all proceed-
ings, assessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement
SR-41 , and the property against which assessments may be made
for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated as District
32-41.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this Seventeenth day of December , A.D. 1924.
