That the construction of the followinc de cri bed improvement is
hereby ordered to be made ; the Citi Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under :`.rection 29 of the City Cnoxter :
-42 :
An eight inch (8") Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer and
necessary manholes and appurtenances :
In Ailey between Lincoln toad and Sixteenth 3tra Jt
from the center line of -3uclipci venue to a paint
one hundred eighty-five (185 east of the center
line of Pennsylvania Avenue,
As said Avenues , Goad, Street and Ailey are shorn.
on plat recorded in Plat Book 19, at Page 69 , of
the Public aecord s of Dade County, Florida.
The City 3ngineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of \said improve-
ment , and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other sur-
veys , the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of plans and specifications and estimate , the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings , the
preparation of bonds and any other expenses necessary and
proper. This improvement shall be designated in all proceed-
ings, assessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement
Sid-42, and the property against which assessments may be made
for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated as jistrict
3a-42.
