`L. at the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter :

SH-43 : An eight inch (8") Concrete Sanitary Sewer and
necessary manholes and appurtenances :
In Sixteenth .Stre :t from ;-past property line of
Collins Avenue to a point one hundred seventy-
five feet (175 ' ) east of said east property
line of Collins Avenue
As said Avenue and Street are shown on plat . -..
recorded in Plat Book 12, at Page 77, and as said
Collins Avenue and Sixteenth 'Streets are named and
designated in Ordinance d170, recorded in Deed
Book 297, at Page 242, all of the Public Records
of Dade County, i Lori da.
The City .engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improve-
ment, and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mate
sti-mate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other sur-
veys , the inspection and superintendence of the work the
preparation of plans and specifications and estimate, the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the
preparation of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper.
This improve rent shall be designated in all proceedings, as-
sessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-43, and
the property against which assessments may be made for the
cost thereof hereunder shall be designated as District 2-43.
