± SOLUTION NO. 715
District dr{-41 sewer Improvement SR-41
WHEREAS, on the 17th day of December, 1924, the vitt'
Council passedand adopted a resolution ordering the improve-
ment designated as sewer Improvement SR-41, District df-41,
and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the cost
thereof, including an estimate of the incidental expenses, and
the said plans and specifications and estimate of cost and es-
timate of incidental expenses have been filed by the city ngi-
neer with the city clerk.
THEREFORE, bE IT RESOLVED by the uity council of Miami
Beach, 1`lorida, that the uity clerk shall cause to be posted at
the door of the city Hall in the uity of Miami beach, lardie ' s
Casino and. the U. S. Post Office in the uityof
Miami .tseach, a Mi
notice stating that at a meeting of the city uouncil of Miami II
beach to be held at the city Hall in the uity of Miami Beach, li I.
on the 24th day of December, 1924, at 9 :00 o ' clock A. la. , the
City council will hear the remonstrances of all persons inter-
ested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said im-
provement.
