District 6R-42 sewer improvement SR-42
wHEREAS, on the 17th day of December, 1924, the City
council passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement
designated as newer improvement sR-42, District sR-42, and
directed the uity Engineer to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the cost
thereof, including an e_:.timate of the incidental expenses, and
the said plans and specification: and estimate of cost and es-
timate of incidental expenses have been filed by the uity
i
neer with the city ulerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the uity 'ouncil of Miami
beach, , lorida, that he city clerk shall cause to be posted
at the door of the city nail in the uity of Miami beach, lar-
die ' s Casino and the U. S. cost Office in the city of Miami
beach, a notice stating that at a meeting of the uity uouncii
of iiiami beach to be held at the uity hall in the uity of Miami
Beach, on the 24th day of December, 1924, at 9:00 o ' clock A. M. ,
the city council will hear the remonstrances of all persons in-
terested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said
improvement.
