District aR-43 Sewer improvement oR-43
a BER AS, on the 17th day of December, 1924, the city
council passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improve-
ment designated as newer improvement SR-43, District R-43,
and directed the city .Engineer to prepare and file plans and
specifications of each improvement and an estimate of the cost
thereof, including an estimate of the incidental expenses, and
the said plans and specifications and estimate of cost and es-
timate of incidental expenses have been filed by the city .n-
gineer with the city clerk.
•iI REYORE, BE IT ttESOLVED by the city ''ouncil of Miami
reach, hlorida, that the city clerk shall cause to be posted at
the door of the City liall in the city of Miami reach, nardie ' s
casino and the C. S. cost office in the city of Miami reach,
a notice stating that at a meeting of the city council of Miami
reach to be held at the city hall in the city of Miami reach,
on the 24th day of December, 1924, at 9:00 o' clock A. M. , the
City council will hear the remonstrances of all persons inter-
ested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said im-
provement.
