Resolution 718 taiga oleo Mao STATE OF FLORIDA) COUNTY OF DADE ) We, the undersigned, President of the City Council, another temb©r of the City Council and the Super- visor of Registration of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, do hereby certify, in duplicate, that we have made a can- vase of the returns of certificates of the Inspector and Clerk who held and conducted a general election in Miami Beach, F3.3rida, on December 16, 1924, such canvass having been soley and exclusively and. entirely from such returns and do hereby certify that as a result of said canvass we have found the result of said election to be as follows :- That for the office of Mayor 330 votes were oast and. that 327 votes were cast for Louis F. Snedigir, 1 for T. E. James, 1 for Val Cleary and 1 for Elmer Wetzel, for Mayor. For the office of city Comacilmen 463. votes were cast, of which 153 votes were cast for Milton H. Farr 344 votes were oast for C. B. Floyd 195 votes were cast for frank C. Heal 320 votes were cast for Harry 11. Mice 375 votes were oast for John H. Levi 62 votes were cast for Claude C. Matlack 138 votes were cast for Harry McCarthy 79 votes were cast for Mrs. Lutie S. Osborn 262 votes were oast for William A. Scott • 85 votes were cast for Mrs. Iva Sproule-Baker showing that Louis F. Sne,:iG•ar was elected Mayor, - John H. Levi and C. B. 1Ployd were elected Councilmen for a terra of four years and Williaa A. Scott, Harry M. Rice and a'rank 0.
