District SR-42 Sewer Improvement SR-42
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 17th day of December, 1924, ordered the Sewer
Improvement R-42, District SR-42, and the City Engineer,
under direction of the City Council, has preparedand filed
with the City Clerk, plans and specifications of such improve-
ment and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mate of the cost of the incidental expenses of said improve-
ment, and whereas the City Auditor has reported in writing
to the City Council that funds are in the treasury applicable
to and sufficient for the payment of the City' s share of the
cost of said improvement, and whereas due notice by publica-
tion as required by the City Charter has been made that the
City Council would on the 24th day of December, 1924, at the
City Hall in said City, at 9:00 o'clock A. M. , receive and
hear remonstrances of all interested persons to the confir-
mation of said resolution ordering said improvement, and no
remonstrances having been presented at the time and place afore-
said,
THEREFORE, B; IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of said City
Council ordering said Sewer Improvement SR-42, District SR-42,
be and the same is hereby confirmed.
