District SR-43 Sewer Improvement SR-43
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 17th day of December, 1924, ordered the Sewer
Improvement SR-43, District SR-43, and the City Engineer,
Under direction of the City Council, has prepared and filed
with the City Clerk, plans and specifications of such improve-
ment and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mate of the cost of the incidental expenses of said improve-
ment, and whereas the City Auditor has reported in writing to
the City Council that funds are in the treasury applicable to
and sufficient for the payment of the City's share of the cost
of said improvement, and whereas due notice by publication as
required by the City Charter has been made that the City Coun-
cil would on the 24th day of December, 1924, at the City Hall
in said City, at 9 :00 o'clock A. M. , receive and hear remon-
strances of all interested persons to the confirmation of said
resolution ordering said improvement, and no remonstrances hav-
ing been presented at the time and place aforesaid ,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of said City
Council ordering said. Sewer Improvement SR-43, District SR-43,
be and the same is hereby confirmed.

1924.
