DISTRICT SR-44, SE7ER IMPRO ':'^7T SR-44.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUI7CIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described.improvement
is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting
forth its intention to proceed under section 29 of the City
Charter :
SR-44 : A twelve inch (12") Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer
and necessary manholes and appurtenances :
In Dade Boulevard twenty-eight feet ( 28 ' )
south from the north property line, from a
point one hundred fifty feet 1150' ) east of
the center line of 'lest Avenue to the center
line of said lest Avenue;
As said Boulevard and Avenue are shown in
Plat recorded in Plat _ook Po. 6, at Page
115 , of the Public Kecords of Dade County;
rlorida.
The city .ngineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improve-
ment , and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other
surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of plans and specifications and estimate, the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the
preparation of bonds and any other expenses necessary and
proper. This improvement shall be designated in all pro-
ceedings , assessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improve-
ment SR-44, and the property against which assessments may
be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated
as District SR-44.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this seventh day of January A.D. , 1925.
