RESOLUTION No. 726
DISTRICT SR-46, SANITARY SEWER SR-46.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter :
SR-46 : An eight inch (8") Concrete Sanitary Sewer and
necessary manholes and appurtenances :
In Dade Boulevard twenty-eight feet (28 ' ) south of
the north property line, from the center line of
West Avenue to the center line of Purdy Avenue;
In the center of Eighteenth Street from a point
two hundred thirty five feet (235 ' ) east of the
canter line of West Avenue to the center line of
Purdy Avenue;
In the center of Purdy Avenue from a point twenty-
eight feet (28 ' ) south of the north property line
of Dade Boulevard to a point seventy-five feet
(75' ) south from the South property line of Eighteenth
Street ;
In the center of Purdy Avenue from center line of
Eighteenth Street to a point six hundred ninety
feet "690J north of the center line of Eighteenth
Street ;
As said Street, Avenue, and Boulevard are shown in
Plats recorded in Plat Book No. 6, at Page 115, and
in Plat Book 9, at Page 144, all of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement, and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the in-
spection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of
plans and specifications and estimate, the printing and publica-
tion of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds and
any other expenses necessary and proper. This improvement
shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and bonds
as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-46, and the property against
which assessments may be made for the cost thereof hereunder
shall be designated as District SR-46.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this seventh day of January, A. D. 1925.
