RESOLUTION NO. 727
District SR-44 Sewer Improvement SR-44
WHEREAS, on the 7th day of January, 1925, the City Council
passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement desig-
nated as Sewer Improvement SR-44, District SR-44, and directed
the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and specifications
of such im)rovement and an estimate of the cost thereof, includ-
ing an estimate of the incidental expenses, and the said plans
and specifications and estimate of cost and estimate of inciden-
tal expenses have been filed by the City Engineer with the City
Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, r'lorida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted at
the door of the City hall in the City of Miami Beach, Hardie's
Casino and the U. S. Post Office in t=ie City of Miami beach,
a notice stating that at a meeting of the City Council of Miami
Beach to be held at the City ball in the City of Miami Beach on
the 14th day of January, 1925, at 9:00 o ' clock A. M. , the City
Council will hear the remonstrances of all persons interested
to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of January, A. D. , 1925.
