RESOLUTION NO. 606
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA:
Section 1. That that map made by the Miami Beach
Bay Shore Company, of a portion of Government Lot
Two ( 2) , of Fractional Section 22, and parts of
Government Lots Seven (7) , Six (6) , and Three (3) ,
of Fractional Section Fourteen (14) , all in Township
53 South of Range 42 East, designated: Beach View
Subdivision, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the streets, avenues , drives or other public
highways shown hereon be and they are hereby accepted.
Sec. 2. That that plat of the Miami Beach Improve-
ment Company, a corporation, and W. H. H. Gleason,
Flora B& Gleason, his wife, and Mary H. Gleason, a
widow, of certain lands in Sections 22, 23, 26 and
27, in Township 53 South of Range 42 East, designated:
Flamingo Terrace Subdivision, be and the same is here-
by approved, and the streets, avenues , drives, parks
or other highways shown thereon be and they are here-
by accepted.
