Resolution 731 RESOLUTION NO. 731
District SR-44 Sewer Improvement SR-44
W T R1 LS, the Uity Oouncil, by resolution passed and adopted
on the 7th day of January, 1925, ordered the Sewer Improve-
ment SR-44, District SR-44, and the City Engineer under di-
rection of the City Council has prepared and filed with the
City Clerk, plans and specifications of such improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of
the cost of the incidental expenses of said imrrovement, and
whereas the City Auditor has reported in writing to the City
Council that funds are in the treasury applicable to and suf-
ficient for the payment of the City' s share of the cost of
said improvement, and whereas due notice by publication as
required by the City Charter has been made that the City

Council would on the 14th day of January, 1925, at the City
Hall in said City, at 9 :00 o' clock A. M. , receive and hear
remonstrances of all interested persons to the confirmation
of said resolution ordering said improvement, and no remon-
strances having been presented at the time and place afore-
said,
THEREFOEE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of said
City Council ordering said Sewer Improvement SR-44, District
SR-44, be and the same is hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of January, A. D. ,
1925.
