RESOLUTION NO. 732
District SR-45 Sewer Improvement SR-45
AREAS, the City Oouncil, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 7th day of January, 1925, ordered the Sewer
Improvement SR-45, District SR-45, and the City Engineer,
under direction of the City Council, has prepared and filed
with the City Clerk, plans and specifications of such improve-
ment and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mate of the cost of the incidental expenses of said improve-
ment , and whereas the City Auditor has reported in writing
to the City Council that funds are in the treasury applicable
to and sufficient for the payment of the City' s share of the
cost of said improvement, and whereas due notice by publica-
tion as required by the City Charter has been made that the
City Council would on the 14th day of January, 1925 , at the
City Hall in said City, at 9 :00 o' clock A. M. , receive and
hear remonstrances of all interested persons to the confir-
mation of said resolution ordering said improvement, and no
remonstrances having been presented at the time and place a-
foresaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RES) LVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, ''lorida, that the said resolution of said
City Council ordering said Sewer Improvement SR-45, District
SR-45, be and the same is hereby confirmed.
PASSED AVD ADOPTED this 216t. day of January, A. D. , 1925.
