RESOLUTION NO. 735
HIGHWAY DISTRICT H-35 DISTRICT H-35
WHEREAS, a contract has been duly and regularly
entered into by the City of Miami Beach and the T. B. McGahey
Paving Company for the construction above designated, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Miami Beach
and the Street Committeeman of said City have duly reported to
the City Council that the work on said contract has been com-
pleted in accordance with the plans and specifications govern-
ing the same and have recommended that the same be accepted.
T i'REFO R , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida:
1st: That said report of the said City Engineer and
the street Committeeman be, and the same is, hereby a-proved
and confirmed.
2nd: That the City Engineer of said City be, and he is
hereby directed to prepare and file with the City Clerk of said
City, a preliminary assessment roll in accordance with section
29 of the City Charter of said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of January , A. D. ,
