RESOLUTION NO. 7/-5
HIGHWAY DISTRICT H-43 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-43
WHEREAS, a contract has been duly and r egularly
entered into by the City of Miami Beach and the John J.
Quinn Company for the construction above designated, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Miami
Beach and the Street Committeeman of said City have duly
reported to the City Council that the work on said contract
has been completed in accordance with the plans and speci-
fications governing the same and have recommended that the
same be accepted.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida:
1st: What said report of the said City Engineer
and the Street Committeeman, be and the same is, hereby
approved and confirmed.
2nd: That the 'dity EnginD er of said City be,
and he is hereby directedto prepare and file with the
City Clerk of said City, a preliminary assessment roll in
accordance with Section 29 of the City Charter of said
City.
