,SOLUTION NO. 7/17
HIGHWAY DISTRICT H-47 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-47
WHEREAS, a contradt has been duly and r e7ularly
entered into by the City of Miami Beach and the T. B. Mc-
Gahey Paving Company for the construction above designated,
and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Miami
Beach and the Street Committeeman 'of said City have duly
reported to the City Council that the work on said contract
has been completed in accordance with the plans and speci-
fications governing the same and have recommended that the
same be accepted.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida:
1st: That said report of the said City Engineer
and the street Committeeman be, and the same is, hereby ap-
proved and confir:uled.
2nd: That the City Engineer of said Ct "_y be, and
he is hereby directed to prepare and file with the City
Clerk of said City, a preliminary assessment roll in accor-
dance with Section 29 of the City Charter of said City.
