"'SOLUTION NO. 749
HIGHWAY DISTRICT H-49 HIGH`fAY IMPROVEMENT H-49
WHEREAS, a contract has been duly and regularly
entered into by- the City of Miami Beac'1 and the T. B.
McGahey Paving Company for the construction above desig-
nated, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Miami
Beach and the Street Committeeman of said City have duly
reported to the City Council that the work on said con-
tract has been completed in accordance with the plans
and specifications governing the same and have recommend-
ed that the same be accepted.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, r'lorida:
1st: That said report of the said City Engineer
and the Street Committeeman be, and the same is,- hereby
approved and confirmed.
2nd: That the City Engineer of said City be, and
he is hereby directed to prepare and file with the City
Clerk of said City, a preliminary assessment roll in accor-
dance with Section 29 of the Uity Uharter of said City.
