RESOLUTION NO. 754
STORM SEWER DISTRICT SR-15 STORM SEWER IUPROVEMENT SR-15
WHEREAS, a contract has been duly and regularly
entered into by the City of Miami Beach and Gedney & Murphy,
Inc. , for the construction above designated, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Miami
Beach and the Street Committeeman of said City have duly re-
ported to the City Council that the work on said contract
has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifi-
cations governing the same and have recommended that the same
be accepted.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida:
1st: That said report of the said City Engineer-
ard the Street Committeeman be, and the same is, hereby ap-
proved and confirmed.
2nd: That the City Engineer of said City be,
and he is Hereby directed to prepare and file with the City
Clerk of said City, a preliminary assessment roll in accordance
with Section 29 of the City Charter of said City,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this28th day of January
