RESOLUTION NO. 755
STORM SEWER DISTRICT SR-17 STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-17
WHEREAS, a contract has been duly and regularly
entered into by the City of Miami Beach and Gedney 8c
Murphy, Inc. , for the construction above designated, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Miami
Beach and the Street Committeeman of said City have duly
reported to the City Council that the work on said contract
has been completed in accordance with the plans and speci-
fications governing the same and have recommended that the

same be accepted.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coundil of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida:
1st: That said report of the said City Engineer
and the Street Committeeman be, and the same - is, hereby
approved and confirmed.
2nd: That the City Engineer of said City be, and
he is hereby directed to prepare and file with the City
Clerk of said City, a preliminary assessment roll in accor-
dance with Section 29 of the 0ity Charter of said City.
