RESOLUTION NO. '756
STORM SEWER DISTRICT SR-21 STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-21
W Th±EAS, a contract has been duly and regularly
entered into by the City of Miami Beach and Gedney c
Murphy, Inc. , for the construction above designated, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Miami
Beach and the Street Committeeman of said OiLy have duly
reported to the City Council that the work on said con-
tract has been compl3ted in accordance with the plans and
specifications governing the same and have recommended that
the same be accepted.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida:
1st: That said report of the said City Engineer
and the Street Committeeman be, and the same is, hereby
approved and confirmed.
2nd: That the City Engineer of said City be, and
he is hereby directed to prepare and file with the City
Clerk of said City, a preliminary assessment roll in ac-
corcIance with Section 29 of the City Charter of said City.
