ORDINANCE NO. 727
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PORTION OF
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 678 OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING
A SCHEDULE OF SALARIES TO BE PAID TO
THE ADI INISTRATIVE OFFICERS OF ThE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AND
FIXING TEE RATES THEREOF. "
BE IT ORDAINED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF TUE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that portion of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 678
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, reading as
follows:
"N. CITY ATTORNEY Salary per month 1590.00
together with a monthly allowance to said
City Attorney for secretarial assistance
in the sum of 207.30"
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"N. CITY ATT'ORNN:Y Salary per month X590.00
together with a monthly allowance to said
City Attorney for secretarial assistance
in the sum of 207.30
AND
together with a monthly allowance to said
City Attorney for an assistant in the sum
of 301.00"
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall become effective as of
January 29th, 1945.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2lstday of February, A. D. 1945.

CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE
OF SALARIES TO BE PAID TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AND FIXING THE
RATES THEREOF, " , having been passed and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
has been posted by me in three conspicuous places in
the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door
of the City Hall in said City on the 22nd day of
February, A.D. , 1945, and that said Ordinance remained
posted for a period of at least thirty days in accord-
ance with the requirements of the City Charter Of the
said City of Miami Beach,
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set
my hand and affixed the official seal of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, on this the 28th day of March,
